Our stay had its ups and downs. While we genuinely enjoyed the delicious food and the beautiful Reynolds suite, the overall service was a letdown, particularly during dining and event hosting. The location also wasn't the most relaxing due to the ongoing chaos from wedding events. Overall, I appreciated some aspects but wouldn't rush to return without significant improvements in service and management.

My stay at Mottram Hall was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special, ensuring we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. The spa facilities were immaculate and really enhanced our experience. However, I did notice some noise disturbances from outside which could be bothersome, and the lift access was a bit inconvenient as it required leaving the main hotel entrance.
